Responsibilities & Requirements
Collaborate on luminaire shapes, design mechanical mounting brackets, construct CAD prototypes, and specify fine finishes. Requires 2–5 years of industrial product design experience and strong SolidWorks/CAD competence.
Key Objective
Design and execute spatial lighting plans, compute detailed Dialux EVO calculations, and evaluate anti-glare UGR parameters for prestigious luxury projects across India.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Calculate photometric models, specify appropriate beam angles/lenses, guide onsite electrical installations, and perform optical testing. Requires 3–6 years of lighting design/engineering experience and expert Dialux EVO skills.
Key Objective
Expand and drive our specifier sales pipelines by building deep relationships with elite architects, high-end interior designers, and luxury boutique builders.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Conduct luxury catalog walkthroughs, specify Whitebright luminaires in high-end projects, negotiate corporate sales proposals, and secure orders. Requires 1–4 years in premium building material or lighting sales, with superb communication.
Key Objective
Shape Whitebright's luxury digital narrative, curate design essays, showcase spatial illumination cases, and grow high-end networks.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Oversee IG, LinkedIn, and YT channels, shoot cinematic lighting reels, write architecture features, and direct newsletter copies. Requires 1–3 years in creative marketing, copywriting, and basic video editing tools.
Key Objective
Streamline incoming optical, mechanical, and driver components to guarantee smooth manufacturing cycles and flawless quality standards.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Negotiate with component suppliers, track raw materials, maintain optimal inventory flow, and resolve shipping operations. Requires 2–4 years in manufacturing inventory operations and strong organizational capacity.
Key Objective
Guarantee all outgoing luminaires satisfy absolute performance, electrical safety, color metrics, and finish tolerances.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Inspect incoming LED chip specs, run thermal load endurance tests, verify driver voltage regulations, and manage compliance. Requires 2–5 years of quality control engineering experience in electronics or lighting fixtures.
Key Objective
Produce hyper-realistic 3D interior and exterior CGI visualizations showing the true physics of light grazing, shadows, and luxury architectural illumination.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Model custom room/facade geometries, apply accurate materials, render high-definition raytraced lighting files, and deliver lookbooks. Requires 1–3 years of advanced rendering skill (3ds Max, Blender, Corona, or V-Ray).
